• Digital portfolio management for sports card collections

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

• You are responsible for your own investment decisions
• We do not guarantee accuracy of price data or recommendations

7. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

8. Fees and Payment

CollectorStream is currently free to use. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce premium features with paid subscriptions
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Offer promotional pricing or trials

If we introduce paid features, we will clearly disclose all fees before charging you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for investment losses

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CollectorStream harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Update the app and require users to upgrade

12. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using CollectorStream, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

13. Children's Use

CollectorStream is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Upon termination:

17. Export Controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. You may not use CollectorStream if you are in a country subject to U.S. embargo or if you are on a U.S. government restricted party list.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CollectorStream.
